Hosted Access Control - Anyone Use ICT Or Others?

I have customer who is interested in hosted access control.  6 sites with 20 doors total between them.  We use kantech but starting to look into ICT.  ICT offers there own hosted GX product and seems like good product.  Anyone use there hosted services?

Do most manufacturers offer this these days?  I know integrators use kantech and host that out themselves.  Anyone successfully deploying there own hosted managed services?  If so what brands?

I've used a lot of Isonas with their cloud system and it is something end users like. Also not having to purchase and install controllers or power supplies is very helpful.

I've had success with Feenics.  Their software uses Mercury hardware and when paired with a Life Safety Power enclosure with the Mercury backplane makes for a very clean install.  Their tech support is great and software is intuitive.  Also, their pricing makes for some decent RMR.

Do you have a link to the ICT hosted product?

I know they have WX and GX systems and you can host your own GX system if you want to offer hosted solutions but I didn't know they had a turnkey cloud solution.

I have not used the hosted feature, but have used GX extensively. Like Michael, I did not know they offered this.

You can spin up a VM in Azure or AWS and host it on the cloud yourself. The cost is probably under $12 USD/mo for cloud hosting for the server specs you would need.

I agree 100% with Clint, I too have had a great experience and support from ISONAS.  The solution is extremely easy to install, very little IT support needed from the client, just outbound Internet Access, that can be restricted to Specfic Ports. No Port Fowarding, and super easy setup on our end configuration wise. Also, the ISONAS Reps are extremely helpful, quick to respond, and are very eager to help, even on smaller systems.  The Pure Access Cloud platform is so simple it's almost like they are missing things, however, I've come to understand that it's just simple and they have been able to deliver on every feature my client asked for.  The ability to rely on each reader to be standalone really takes out the "Single Point of Failure" that I have run into with other systems.

Can you access the programming of the system if the WAN connection is down?
