Honeywell NDAA Compliant Series 30 NVR Problem

We recently installed a batch of Honeywell Series 30 NDAA compliant NVRs (HN30160204) and cameras purchased through ADI.

When the storage runs out, the only way to get it to record again is to format the disk which clears all previous recording data. I'm not sure how to make it re-record over existing data.
