Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2 /8P POE Or Longse ( Herospeed ) IPC ?

I have come across an issue that I would love some comments on.

I am using a Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2 / 8P NVR with FW:3.4.90

The NVR does not power up a Longse ( Herospeed ) 1080p IPC but will power up the 720p and 4MP models.

The test has been conducted in a controlled environment with 2meter patch leads so it cannot be a distance or connection issue.

The 1080p Model powers up on any POE switch Tenda , Hp, trendnet, dell without any issue ?
