As you can see in the ad - it appears that Hikvision is actually trying to conquer the world !
This looks to be a post by an individual regional sales director (Scott Stone) and not a 'management' post / decision.
I do agree though using the term 'conquering the world' is in poor taste.
On the positive side for Hikvision, evidently, Scott Stone is still excited enough for Hikvision to post such a thread.
Many other companies have used rhetoric like this to attract employees. That it is Hikvision makes it eye-rolling grade but not really out the ordinary.
It is a lot easier to acquire applicants by promising to “disrupt an industry” in some fashion. I am pretty sure every resume and job posting in California uses the word ‘disrupt’ somewhere. In California even janitors disrupt clogged toilets.
#2, in fairness, the Hikvision sales ad is not promising to 'disrupt' the industry but to 'conquer the world', which is more aggressive.
