Hikvision / ADI Sale Is Back, Now 20% Max

Quite a week for Hikvision, heavy cybersecurity PR push to start, back to double dip discounts to end. 

I was impressed that Hikvision had enough discipline to stop dropping their prices like this for a few months. Now, they are back to it. They will get a quick top line boost for this month but if they do not do it again next month, they will suffer.

There is no innovation with these sales promos, it is just desperate attempts to hit their short term quotas and then struggle next month to figure out what to do then.

Counter arguments please?

They did a 15% sale a few weeks ago too. At least through ADI. So they haven't scaled these down. Just ramping up.
