Hikvision Integration Breaks Because Of CGI Disabling In 5.5.0

Dear all,

I've ordered for the first time some HIK VISION Camera, for some bad reason (DS-2CD2385FWD-I).

It appears my NVR (Digiever) can't integrate some cameras with V5.5.0 build 170725. In the same order we've camera with different firmware.

We could integrate V5.4.5 build 170124 but not the V5.5.0 build 170725.

What is the best way to downgrade HIK VISION camera. We've tried with the tool provide but we failed.
Thank you for your help. I already regret my brand choice.

Regards,

Yann.

Urbes, have you tried re-enabling ONVIF with firmware 5.5.0? The reason why you can't integrate with your NVR now maybe because 5.5.0 automatically disables ONVIF.

Hi John,

Thank you for this idea. I've found the problem. In this new firmware, the CGI is disabled. My NVR manufacturer need thix xml page to define the camera type.

Thank you for your reply !

The problem is solved.
