HID Mobile Credential Onboarding - Anyone Had Success?

Has anyone had success with sign up? 

It appears the link is down ?????

Coincidentally, we are signing up with the portal too for upcoming evaluations, and the link is down for me too.

I've left messages and emailed tech support today. I'll report back when the problem is fixed for us.

Onboarding portal has been down for quite a while. When we upgraded the clients system 6 months ago they wanted mobile compatible readers for future ue.. I experienced the same problem in getting them up and running and gave up after many futile attempts.i hope we can find the solution I am glad you are pushing the rope.

I recently had a great conversation about the Mobile Access service with this person, and how it integrates with Genetec (no need to do double enrollment, functions are built into v5.7).  Maybe she can help direct your call for support -

I have setup an account and used the mobile credentials on a couple of sites. The process for setting up the account was a bit of a pain because there were several different forms requesting information that even HID employees could not explain. Eventually i talked to James who was knowledgeable about the process and could translate the required information needed to get going. One thing to understand as you delve into this pit of despair is that you will be going through this process every time you try to order readers or credentials. All that being said once it is installed it functions great. A little tip for installation, if there is any metal (like the metal mesh in plaster wall) near the back of the reader some of the setup cards have had issues being read. Take the reader loose swipe the management card adjust settings reinstall reader.
