Is the intercom wire shielded/STP?
Two thoughts:
Is the reader being powered by a linear power supply? And is the system tied to a solid earth ground?
Good luck!
No ground on Goose neck its 100 feet from a controller. The reader is powered off the controller that is grounded through the power supply and the ground lug on the panel.
We are using the wire recommended by the supplier. I could upgrade to a shielded wire with a drain and ground the drain wire as well.
Is the reader wire shielded?
Is the aiphone power supply 2 or 3 prong?
Are the 110/115vac sources the same for the aiphone and the acp?
Have you tried a paramagnetic ferrite?
Is the aiphone cable outdoor/underground rated?
