Hello IPVM,I want to put this question out and see if anyone had the following issue. We started seeing readers randomly stop working specifically the HID R40 readers wired as OSDP all under 200FT distance. These readers will randomly lose power and prevent user from badging in. The temporary fix we been doing is to unplug the reader and plug it back into the mercury board which will bring the reader back online but this seems to be happening at random times and with random readers. Could this be a wiring or power issue from the life safety or the mercury panel? Any help here would be appreciated. Thank You
