Help Me Choose VMS: IP Configure Orchid, Milestone Arcus, Or Something Else?

Good morning!
I am currently doing some NVR research and I want to start testing some VMSes. I am looking into the following:

<li>
<a href="https://www.milestonesys.com/our-products/milestone-arcus/" target="_blank"> Milestone Arcus</a> </li>
</ol>
 I want to know your opinion on these two or if you have other recommendations please let me know. Thank you.
