Helix supports its own line of surveillance cameras, so the external integration is likely very basic.

Nov 17, 2017It is a new customer that has had the equipment already installed by another company. It is a LTS NVR but after UM1 comment, I found the Clare Controls controller that allows for the integration.

Nov 17, 2017Disclosure first, I'm working for LTS. Since LTS starts carrying Helix alarm products early this year, many of our dealers have raised the same exact question as yours. A IP box was brought as the result. It acts as a gateway to integrate with Helix, LTS NVR/IPC on the same network. In such way that, a opening(regardless arming modes) can trigger correspond actions from our video system followed by notification at mobile app. More than happy to share detail on this with you.
