Hdmi Extender Has To Be Rebooted

We have an HDMI extender beside a laptop.
On the ceiling we have the other half of the HDMI extender by the projector.
These two extenders are connected via cat5

Every day, the hdmi extender by the laptop has to be rebooted before it will work.

Any ideas?
