HD Mobile Client To Play RTP Stream Directly From Camera

Hi All,

I have a general question to colleagues: Have they ever seen CCTV mobile (phone/tablet) client that can play full-rate hd RTSP (RTP) stream? About 2 years ago state-of-the-art was still software decoding by VLC (so D1 max) or usage of repacketizing server to convert from rtp/h.264 to html5/h.264 (additional hw/sw). This was with iOS/Android.

Now, at least with recent Windows, it is possible. What about iOS/Android? Any examples/suggestions?
