Never used it, but it looks like it will probably work.
Before IP, we used multiplexors. Worked like a champ. You could not get 30 frames/sec, but it worked.
Found this on Stardot... would be interesting to see how well it works.

Net/net, it will not work with regular analog (SD or HD) cameras as MCLDC is based on DVB-T and analog cameras are not.
