In this case, is there such a UPS that can be hardwired and placed in between the circuit breaker for a branch circuit that is only serving to be the 115vac mains feed into a couple of Allegion PS914 power supplies that are powering electrified panic devices?
The customer wants to have back up power at these two doors but the two ELR doors require much more than a couple of 12AH batteries can provide at the door! There isn't an emergency generator on site unfortunately, but the power requirement of an ELR door are such that I'm not sure how to really provide full operation in the event of a power failure. The rest of the system is normal prox card readers, single door IP-based controller .. nothing special there.
