Has Anyone Ever Gotten Audio From A Non-Dahuan Camera On A Dahuan NVR

Should I even bother trying? Or is it just like motion detect on non-dahua cameras?

Camera is Axis, ONVIF Profile S. NVR is supposedly ONVIF 2.4.

Depending on the firmware of the recorder, see if there is a "manual add" for AXIS. If there is it might work. You will know as the camera in recording settings will have an "audio" check box. It should be a simple test. Dahua has some native drivers available in certain releases. In ONVIF I wouldn't stake my toe nail on it ;)
