Hardware Suggestions For Multiple Viewing Stations? 16 Channels, Low Res

Greetings!

I’m planning on a fairly large NX/DW deployment across multiple sites and countries. One of the big selling points for me is the ease of multiple viewing stations and remote management of those. Will mostly be using video walls with no interaction, just live viewing.

I’m looking for some more experienced feedback on hardware for these. We use a lot of Dell micro’s currently, but ideally I’d LOVE something that’s: PoE power and fanless.

OnLogic has some interesting choices, but from what I can tell they don’t offer anything that’s PoE. PoE Texas has a NUC hat, but I *think* most NUCs that work with the hat are NOT fanless.

Many of these will be in open air guard shacks in fairly dusty environments. Ideally I’d like to back mount the NUCs with a vesa adapter.

The new rugged NUC looks nice, but it’s just dual core which I think might struggle a bit?

Is there anything else that could work well besides NUCs / OnLogic?
