Given Its Financial Situation, Are You Avoiding Latch?
I've got a customer that was sold on Latch. I made them aware of it's financial situation (which has been reported extensively on IPVM), and they're obviously concerned. They're asking for advice.
I'm not exactly impartial here... I have other products I'd rather sell them. That said... What do you think the risks are that Latch systems just stops working (they kill the cloud service)? If you think the service will be kept working... What are the chances it becomes hard / impossible to buy parts for service repair / changes? Are the risks enough that you're actively avoiding them?
