I heard recently that one prominent manufacturer was giving project registration to multiple dealers. This had frustrated the dealer because despite the efforts they put into the project, their rivals were getting registration as well (at slightly less levels but still over regular discounts).
What do you think? Is that common? Would that be an issue for you?
Wouldn't that disincentivize dealers from specifying that brand on future projects?
Yes, that was that dealer's understandable conclusion. On the other hand, the premium manufacturer may feel their quality / brand will still let have entries into future projects from the other X number of dealers registering projects.
