I am investigating some server/application freezes on a geovision multicam surveilance system nvr v8.7 system. It is running on a windows 10 pro 64b workstation. As these freezes happen when we are not on site, and the end user restarts the computer when it happens, I was hoping to see some clues in the windows event viewer. But all I see is the unscheduled shutdown messages. Nothing about the application. The system log in the client is not helpful, as it seems to reset at server restart. And there is nothing verbose about the messages there.
