Final Report Format For A Bank - Advice?

Hi,

I was awarded a contract FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF HIGH DEFINITION (HD) IP SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM at a bank.

I have finished the task and need to submit a report. I have created the report but would like to have your ideas as well as how would you submit your report. It will help me in adding more points.

Few points:

  • All IPC are POE with IR
  • 16 Port POE Swicth were used with a ups power
  • 32 CH NVR with 56TB HDD 4*14
  • replica of IPC amongst the branches
  • TV connected via HDMI at multiple locations

It depends what they want but here are some things, based on my banking experience, I'd expect might be useful:

  • What do the images look like from each camera? Grab a shot and paste it into the report.
  • How many days of storage is each NVR getting?
  • What are the IP addresses of each camera?
  • Any special configurations / setting changes for the cameras? Motion detection or low light optimization
