New / late FCC comment:

I writing to object to you banning Dahua cameras for importing into the US. This would greatly hurt my business. I own a CCTV and internet company here in Oklahoma. Because I operate an internet company (WISP) as well, I can track any data that moves over the internet. I don't see any activity in a properly installed Dahua camera system that leads me to believe that China is hacking cameras systems. Any camera system out there if not configured properly can be vulnerable on the internet. I would rather see you come up with a plan to make my state held CCTV license respirable to other states. If you are so worried about the Chinese government spying on us you should look at every other electronic item out there as well because I see way more data being moved over non powered devises in everyone's homes than i do see with a Dahua camera system. Hikvision does have problems and i think it should be banned. I don't have any information to Hanwa. [emphasis added]
