Hello, we are trying to confirm (one way or another) if "EyeoNet" cameras are NDAA compliant or not. They are very evasive when we ask that question and only provide a "standard form letter" referencing their "current product line" that is NDAA compliant. We are specifically trying to find out about the EyeoNet Model: CAM-IP639E8W-28-4K model. Their new replacement model that is NDAA compliant is the CAM-1P639E8W-28-4K-AI.
We have asked repeatedly about who is their OEM, etc. and for a specific statement on the model that a new customer (a government law enforcement entity) has in place that was installed by an electrical contractor a couple of years ago. We are wanting to ensure that if these are NDAA compliant then we are good to go to incorporate them into our integrated security environment, however if not, we would replace with AXIS or Avigilon, etc. Any assistance on "EyeoNet" products would be greatly appreciated. I had never even come across them before in the industry which is concerning a bit to begin with and that is why we are changing out the headend (NVR, VMS, etc.), but need to know if we need to switch 60+ cameras out or not. Thanks!
