About a year ago, we started installing Exacq units throughout our offices. We've been experiencing an overwhelming number of hardware issues, usually related to the hard drives. We’ve only installed Linux A series units. I was wondering if anyone has experienced hardware issues with Exacq units and if this this is common with their hardware.

We have only had 2-3 drives go bad over several years. But Exacq doesn't make the drives. They are off the self units. So the problem is really with the drive manufacture. Exacq has make the installation of new drives a lot easier then years past.
