Hello

Has anyone experience crashing of client when setting certain Cameras to H265 in Exacq. For me on few installs it depends on the make/manufacturer. Also depends on the machine as well. I always thought it was due to older processors or windows update. Doesn't happen all the time just every once awhile I'll have issues with Green screen or complete crash of client on few window 10 machines. I switch it back to H264 everything is good. I have had it with Vivotek, Hanwha, Axis, Hikvision it also happens on the Exacq server as well. One was crashing the client so bad I had to go to the camera to switch the streaming profile to H264 to fix it.
