Can anyone recommend a marnufacturer? Camera runs range from 300' to 1000'.
Converters we bought doesnt seem to handle packet burst/iframes very well. Lots of dropped frames, we have lowered the mtu down to 256, bitrate-2mb, resolution 720p and D1, 30fps. Testing 1 camera with D1 res, bitrate 750kbps, 30fps. All cameras configured for Vbr.

Comnet Model – CNFE1EOC-M N24621 ( Ethernet Over Coax)
Notes - Comnet Short Range Bandwidth is 70mb/sec at 700 Feet Max. Camera bandwidth total is about 4mb for LiveViewer and Recording. Comnet recommends not to consume more that 35mb.

Master……………………..=1- Up
Fwd Error correction =0 - Down
Asymmetric…………….=0 - Down
Short Range…………….=1 - Up
Pc-Remote 0-0-0-1
Master/Remote…….…=0 ( 0=Remote )
Fwd Error correction =0 - Down
Asymmetric……………. =0 - Down
Short Range…………….= 1- Up
(Notes – Both converters have to match switches 2, 3, and 4 !!!)
