Estimating ISP Upload Requirements For Remote Viewing

Hi all,

I'm setting up 16 2k cameras at a site and the owner wants to be able to view from his cell and home computer.  I am reasonably certain that the current internet service at the site won't cut it (15mbps upload) as it's a restaurant with seating for 400 with public wifi, back office, POS, and remote computer access.  I can deal with the wifi via QOS, and figure out the POS/RDP needs, but any idea how much I should budget for the cameras?  Is it simply whatever resolution the remote app displays, or is there going to be other stuff in the background eating bandwidth as well?  I'm going to assume once I know what a single remote session requires, additional sessions will be an even multiple thereof.
