Encoder For Pelco DX8100 DVR?

We need H.264 RTSP streams from analog channels of a Pelco DX8100 DVR.

Does anyone recommend a particular encoder if we need only 4 channels?

I read https://ipvm.com/reports/encoder-tutorial and am now looking for the specific encoder to pair with the DX8100 that will surface 4 distinct RTSP urls for each channel. Thanks.
