DW Spectrum / NX Witness / Hanwha Wave 4.0 Video Compatibility Issues

Has anyone had any weird graphics issues with DW Spectrum 4.0, or the NX Witness/Hanwha Wave variants? I discovered a weird video glitch when accessing the camera settings and clicking on the Motion tab. From then on, my screen is corrupted until I close and relaunch the app.

I reached out to DW support and was told that my Intel Iris graphics adapter is unsupported. Checking the NX minimum system requirements it says I simply need an Open GL 2.1 compatible chipset. My Intel Iris 540 chipset (integrated inside the i7-6560U CPU) is compatible up to Open GL 4.5.
