Dahua 4K Over Coax For Casinos?

So got a email touting 4k over coax.  Funny thing is the marketing person states it would be good for slight of hand for casinos that use analog do to latency issues with ip.  I thought you need 30-60fps for slight of hand.  Dahua specs are 15fps.  Am I missing something?

Are casinos really using analog for zero latency?

Not having 30fps is a no go for almost any major casino on their gaming floor. If you can't get 30fps (even 29.xx is a no go) you shouldn't even pitch it. It must be 30fps min.

Surprising they would be such sticklers about it considering they had no issues with 29.97fps for decades :)

No idea. It’s probably as a way to keep other manufacturers out. A lot of skid greasing for these projects still.

Dahua shows 15fps in the video as well for the 4K coax cameras:

Also, given Dahua's cybersecurity track record, ironically true, they promote:

Do you have any idea how far away a chip stealer can get in 400ms? ;)

casino operators generally use ptz's when watching a game so they can zoom in on the chips / hands.

the 4k camera would be more useful for the table layout or overview camera, but only being 15fps, it would not get approved to be installed...
