Do You Use Ferrules On Stranded Wire For An Access Control Panel Screw Terminal?

I've seen stranded cable connections to screw terminals with and without ferrules.
The ones with Ferrules look more professional, IMHO.
There aren't stray strands of wire hanging off the panel and wire isn't smashed making it easier to re-connect.

What are your thoughts on this? Do I make it a requirement going forward?
