Do You Nickel And Dime Big Customers?

Just some advice to Manufacturers:

I work at a big institution where we have over 1500 cameras. We have bought a few hundred Hanwha cameras and plan (or planned) on using them for all new and replacements. One camera was missing the hardware bag that contains Allen wrench, composite video connector, sunshield bolt etc... When I asked Hanwha Tech support about it, they insist I have to return the whole camera, even after telling them all I needed was the sunshield bolt. I am disappointed that they would nickel and dime over such a small part, given that last time this happened, they just sent the parts (screws). Oh well, I was going to recommend Hanwha Wave to replace our current VMS. They just lost a pretty big sale over a few dollars in shipping.
