I have a customer who has installed 6 IP cameras. I had assigned static IP to all cameras but after 1 month only 2 or 3 cameras get disconnect. And i need to connect the cameras again by entering the ID and Password. What could be the reason?

What is the make/model of the NVR and cameras?
Also, are you issuing power to the cameras via PoE from ports on the NVR?

Mar 22, 2017I would first ask Hanwha tech support on this.
I'd also confirm power to the NVR is reliable and there are no flickering outages. The NVR may not be delivering stable PoE, so that is another place to look.
