Did Volutone Get Acquired?

As a valued SnapAV dealer, I’d like to share some exciting news with you. SnapAV has acquired Volutone, a regional distributor with locations throughout Southern California and Las Vegas.
 
Although this is unlikely to affect you personally, I want to take a moment to explain why SnapAV has made this move.
 
When we acquired Allnet earlier this year, we stated our desire to serve dealers locally. Our success with Allnet has reinforced the notion that a local presence is important to both dealers and the industry.
 
And while we plan on building upon this same success with Volutone, we are setting our sights on something much bigger. Our goal is not to act as a local distributor. Instead, we’re giving dealers in many geographies easier access to the best brands, service, and training, right in their backyard.
 
We’ll continue to take pride in our products and support, as well as the process of accepting prospective SnapAV dealers.
 
We will also continue to take careful consideration to ensure any future partnership aligns culturally with SnapAV. Our goal is to give our customers the best, and that means finding industry leaders with a dealer-first mindset.
