Did Patent Trolls Go To Your ISC West Booth?

An undisclosed manufacturer responding to our survey noted:

Why are Patent Trolls allowed to these shows. They should not allow these guys walking around the show recording their conversations and then telling the vendors they will sue them.

So, manufacturers, did you experience this? Let us know. Curious how common this is.

Point of information:

Although in Nevada phone conversations are apparently held to the all-party consent rule, in-person conversations need only one party consenting.

No patent trolls visited Louroe, or at least that I heard of.

For reference, NV state law on recording is NRS200.620, 1 party consent.

And I agree on the conclusion of the UD1 linked article that the NV supreme court reached a bizarre ruling that contradicts statute.
