"Designers/Engineers/Estimators - What training and/or certifications have helped you in your career?

Starting off as a small business, we've gone through several iterations of the design process. In the early days our sales team was also the design team. We'd get a hot lead and take a flight to see the site. Our next iteration took the sales team out of the loop and our Project Managers took on the design duties upfront. Then Covid struck and we moved all design/estimation work to a dedicated (and experienced) person in-house. Since we predominantly cover multi-family housing, 95% of our cameras are outdoors, and we have found that remotely designing/estimating these jobs are accurate within 3%. We'd like to provide further training/certifications, but are unsure of what all is available and/or what has helped others in their careers. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated.
