CVI Takeover / Integration?

Looking to take over a 10-12 NVR HDCVI system. The problem we are running into is the customer wants to add access control for about 100 doors and integrate the system with the access control product. I am having difficulty finding western access control lines that work with Dahua NVR's. Anyone have an idea to integrate these cameras without a wholesale forklift of the cameras? There are roughly 140 of them deployed at the moment.

In theory at least, this should work: get all the CVI DVRs integrated in Milestone Express ( if they are one of the recent lines they should work fine ) and then pick a line of Access which works the way you want and which is integrated in Milestone. We use TDSI most of the time but availability and other reasons can force you for different solution. This should be a reasonable way as the DVRs will only take one channel license each and technically you can pick the access control you need. And you can make some kind of backup of video recording in Milestone also if you want ( maybe only the video which is tied to an access event ?)

Inaxsys Security Systems

The Dahua HD-CVI recorders (as well as all of Dahua's IP recorders) are integrated with ICT's Protege GX platform. The integration was done by us (Inaxsys), ICT's Canadian Master Distributor.

I totally forgot about the Milestone articles. That seems to be the way to go given the lack of supported features in Avigilon / Exacq and should link up with most major access lines.

Thank you!
