Current Appliance Based NVRs That Do Not Require Activex (IE)

Im in the process of evaluating a hikvision replacement and it would be nice to use a vendor that allows access to the web interface without any plugins such as activex. What (if any) are some brands that offer an NVR with built in POE switch that can do this?
