Critique This Install: How Many Problems Do You See?

This was posted in a Facebook group. On the surface, it might not appear to have all the weirdness and problems that are there:

IPVM Image

I spotted at least five issues here:

  1. No liquidtite fittings at camera and other places
  2. Conduit saddle bend on one side but not the other
  3. Plywood, LOL
  4. Plastic Box outside
  5. Using power screwdriver to sink lid screws on plastic box

There are likely others. What can you see?
