What is the popular method for connecting 5 or 6 of these beasts together?

I searched Altronix's website and they didn't have a "can". I have seen duplex outlets lined up in their respective 4sq box.

You mean powering them all up in an orderly fashion, not paralleling their outputs together, right?

Yes. I should have stated that.

Something like this L-Com enclosure might work.

I dont think you can, splicing separate AC sources together is just a bad idea,There is no proper method. If you need more output wattage you need the proper transformer, there are high output low voltage transformers out there try TDK-Lambda
