Customer wants to connect one camera to a tv via hdmi.

You need a decoder. These are typically connected via a network switch, but i think they have models that can be directly connected to one another.

I would suggest using something like this

You connect this device and your camera to a network switch. It has an HDMI output so you can put the TV anywhere provided they can communicate with each other.

Acti do a nice HDMI output decoder if the only option is IP from the camera or look for a camera with HDMI - Hik etc do them.
