Compression Connectors Tool

Hi

We install mostly IP Cameras but there is no denying that HD-analog are a great way to please some customers. No cable install replacing old cameras with new HD ones is a good entry point then comes the VMS and the IP cameras ..

We are following this strategy and it seems to work... in our market.

We would like the wise advice on a good stripper ( adjustable) and compression tool for those installs. We have noticed (as reported by IPVM , by the way) that quality of termination is somewhat important in TVI (Hik version of HD on Coax).

  1. Universal Stripper (2Steps? 3 steps?)
  2. Universal Compression Tool for RG-6 and RG-59

We would prefer those that are adjustable and/or use replaceable cassettes for cutting.

We would like the wise advice on a good stripper ( adjustable) and compression tool for those installs.

In past jobs, I have seen Belden compression tools and strippers work well, but Belden connectors (f-Style and BNC) were the ones installed.  The 'best' may vary depending on the type/brand of connector being used.
