Comparing Wall Mount For Hikvision DS-2DT2166 With FLIR FC3XX/FC6XX?

We have used the&nbsp;<a href="http://flir.com/uploadedFiles/Security/Products/Cameras/Thermal_Cameras/FC-Series_ID/FLIR%20FC_Series_ID_Datasheet.pdf" target="_blank">FLIR FC3XX</a>&nbsp;thermal camera in an application where the ability to easily adjust azimuth and elevation is very important. The provided wall mount does this quite well.
We are considering the <a href="http://www.hikvision.com/en/Products_accessries_688_i5966.html" target="_blank">HikVision&nbsp;DS-2TD2166</a> in the same general application. Aside from any other considerations, we are focused on the included wall mounting component. Will that provide easy adjust of both azimuth over 180 degrees (approximately) and elevation? Will the settings be stable over time?
We have also looked at a similar Dahua camera but it's wall mount is even more rudimentary.
Does anyone have experience to share with the HikVision Wall Mounting of this type?
