Cloud Service - Is It Safe?

AgentVI announced a cloud service. I got an email. I won't call the email I got "spam" because I don't want a 9-paragraph response from their marketing department on the email label ;-)

https://www.agentvi.com throws wonky errors.

Do you want to trust a cloud service that doesn't get it's TLS-protected web site config correct?

Why not? What's the worst that could happen?

No, though the date of the announcement gives some hope that they're not serious.

Tel Aviv, April 1, 2015 – Agent Video Intelligence (Agent Vi), the leading global provider of open architecture video analytics software, announces the launch of "BI Portal", a cloud-based video analytics service which allows aggregation, analysis and presentation of data acquired from surveillance systems at different locations through a single, web-based interface.

Actually finding out "Is it Safe?" though could be like pulling teeth.
