We are using Cisco VSOM with new Hikvision Dark Fighter PTZ's and experiencing drop-out issues. CAT 6 cable lengths under 100 m using Planet 60W PoE injectors.
Just wondering if Cisco VSOM and the PTZ software experiencing combatibility problems.
Anyone out there having similar issues?
Unfortunately, that is a pretty uncommon combination. You should have bought the Cisco PTZs (just kidding :)
Cisco's tech support is almost certainly the best source to help on this. Have they been responsive? If not, we could forward this over to the Cisco PhysSec team.
