Converting A Few Hundred Cisco Cameras?

We have a client with a few hundred Cisco 6020/6030 cameras installed. The Client had a Cisco on premise VMS and storage solution that is now end of life. They are choosing not to migrate to Meraki, which I understand is Cisco's cloud storage solution.

The product literature for the Cisco 6120 states the camera is

"●**** ***.******* *** ***** *.* ****** *** standards ***** **************** *** ************** **** other ***** **********."

*'* *** **** **** ***** *.* is *** *** *** * ****** profile ** *****.***. * **** ***'* see *** ***** ******* ****** ** compliant ** *** ***** *******.
