Cheapest Way To Stream To A Monitor?

I'm looking for the cheapest way to stream video to a monitor. The purpose is a retail location making customers think they're being filmed so they don't steal. We don't actually need to review the footage under any circumstance so the camera just needs to be cheap and stream to a monitor.
