Charge End Users For DDNS Service?

A lot of 3rd Party DDNS services now charge a small reoccurring fee. When integrators use them, are they usually charging your customer for this or just paying it as an expense to do business?

I use dyndns and absorb the cost. I have thought about charging but decided not to since Hik's was free as another readily available option.
