I have a client who will be having a 100+ Locations and he's looking for a voice complaint station which can be controlled and recorded Centrally , does a solution like this exist? I was planing on having an IP Intercom System Connected to the central location or VOIP Phone.
But i do think he needs a small station for complaints , either writing or voice (which is more preferable)
