Has Anyone Upgraded CCURE 9000 After Version 2.1?

Good morning,

Has anyone upgraded from CCURE 9000 version 2.1 to a higher version? We are looking to do this but the system downtime is very extensive. I'm wondering how others may have gone about the version upgrade.

Were you given a firm expectation of how long downtime should be? 2 hours? 2 days?

Hi Brian,

Nothing firm. We need to reduce our journal logs which should reduce the downtime, however we cannot be told exactly how long monitoring will be down for.

The first estimate we received was 9 days. This estimate was later reduced to two days.
